Scope of Application: All customers registering and using digital services provided by EVG.
Article 1. Purpose
The Service Provisioning Policy specifies the principles, handover methods, completion times, and technical support responsibilities of EVG towards customers during the provisioning and operation of digital services.
The policy aims to:
- Ensure services are provisioned on time and strictly adhere to quality commitments.
- Clearly define the technical responsibilities and support scope of the parties.
- Minimize the risk of disruption, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of customers and EVG.
Article 2. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all digital products and services provided by EVG, including but not limited to:
- CDN (Content Delivery Network)
- WAF (Web Application Firewall)
- Cloud VPS / Cloud Server
- Dedicated Server
- S3 Object Storage
- Streaming / Media Services
- Managed Services & other digital IT solutions.
Article 3. Service Handover Principles
- EVG provisions and hands over the correct type of digital service according to the confirmed Contract, Quote, or Order/Registration Form.
- All handover information and service activation confirmations are logged and notified via official communication channels: the customer's registered email, the Management System (Portal/Customer Portal), or Electronic Acceptance Minutes.
Article 4. Service Handover Methods
1. Provisioning Form: Digital services are completely handed over via electronic methods. EVG will send access account information and service activation details directly to the customer's registered email.
2. Portal Management: Upon receiving the notification email, customers can log into the Management System (Portal) using the previously provisioned/registered account to directly manage, monitor status, configure, and use the service.
3. Accompanying Handover Information (depending on the service type):
- Admin account, initial password;
- IP address, Service Endpoint;
- API Key / Access Key / Secret Key;
- Initial technical configuration & User Manual.
Article 5. Completion and Deployment Time
The service handover completion time is calculated from the moment the system records successful payment from the customer:

* Note: The completion time may be adjusted in the event of connection disruptions from the customer's side or waiting time for registration information verification (KYC).
Article 6. Technical Responsibilities & Integration Instructions
1. Responsibilities of EVG (Provider):
- Provisioning & Initialization: Ensure infrastructure and service resources are ready for stable operation according to committed parameters.
- Integration Instructions: EVG is obliged to guide and provide technical support to customers during the connection and integration of the service into the customer's system. Support scope includes:
- Instructions for pointing and configuring DNS records;
- Instructions for declaring and configuring WAF (Web Application Firewall) filters;
- Instructions for setting up and optimizing CDN (Caching, Purge Cache, Domain routing);
- Instructions for integrating API / SDK for S3 storage or Streaming connections.
- Operation Support: Receive and resolve technical issues arising regarding the infrastructure managed by EVG according to the SLA policy.
2. Responsibilities of the Customer:
- Actively coordinate and follow EVG's technical instructions to complete integration.
- Secure Portal account information, Passwords, API Keys/Secret Keys handed over by EVG.
- Be solely responsible for the content, data, and administrative actions performed by the customer on the system/Portal.
Article 7. Handover Completion
The service is considered fully handed over when one of the following conditions is met:
- The system has sent an email containing access/activation information and the customer can log into the Portal to manage the service.
- The service begins to record normal operating traffic/data on EVG's system.
- Within 24 - 48 hours after sending service information, the customer has no feedback/technical complaints about not receiving the service.
Article 8. Force Majeure
EVG is not responsible for delayed delivery of digital services due to force majeure causes, including: Natural disasters, large-scale power outages, international submarine cable/telecom network incidents, large-scale cyber attacks (DDoS) beyond reasonable defense capabilities, or restrictions from competent state authorities. EVG will proactively notify and apply remedial measures at the earliest time.
Article 9. Policy Amendment & Contact Information
1. EVG reserves the right to update and edit this Policy to comply with legal regulations and the digital service operating model.
